The Year 6 students at Byron Community Primary School wanted to know a few things about growing up and going to high school. This program is largely filmed by the students and therefore gives a unique insight into the preteen and teenage world, what they are interested in, how they make decisions and deal with new pressures. It's broken up into three sections: 1. Adolescence 2. Decision Making 3. Stereotypes Issues discussed: * Parents splitting up * Drugs * Being yourself * Friends * Influences * School. The idea is that this program will inspire other young people to go out and dispel the myths that veil the complicated process of growing up & have a lot of fun doing it.
