Microsoft Access is a powerful database program that allows the user to control and manipulate data. Due to its high level of customisation it can be difficult to master for new users. Throughout this program, using an organisation's customer list as an example, we discuss the basic operations and skills required to use Access 2007 including: creating templates, tables and forms; performing queries; and outputting reports. A brilliant demonstration program that shows how easy Microsoft Access can be to use to create functional and effective databases.
