Rock platforms are a dynamic and biologically rich environment, a link between land and sea. In this program we explore the interrelationships of organisms within the rock platform ecosystem and some of the more interesting adaptations of rock platform animals. We discover the abiotic and biotic features of this environment and the many interactions between the abiotic and biotic environment. We use important scientific processes in our biological study, including transects and quadrants and data loggers. There is also an examination of the impact of human activity on this environment.
