Explores anger and looks at some simple strategies to better manage feelings of anger before it leads to more self-destructive behaviour. Covering such questions as: What is anger? How does our anger effect us and those around us? What happens if we are unable to control our feelings of anger? How do our role models, both good and bad, affect the way in which we cope with our anger? How can we deal with our anger in a constructive, non- violent manner?
