In this demonstration based program, Olympic champion Tom Jager demonstrates these important aspects of swimming and explains how they be the difference between winning and losing a race. Tom demonstrates the correct technique for starting from the blocks, the backstroke start and turns for backstroke, freestyle, butterfly and breaststroke. He also explains the correct finishes and provides practice drills to help develop skills and improve racing results.
