Butterfly is the hardest stroke to master and is normally the last one for a swimmer to learn. In this demonstration based program, Olympic champion Tom Jager, explains the undulation drill and the full body dolphin kick to students learning this style. Using drills he explains the single arm butterfly, the 3-2-1 drill, dolphin dives and the streamline exercise. Additional emphasis is based on correct head and body positioning, kicking, recovery and breathing techniques, common stroke errors and corrections. This program is an excellent resource for swimming coaches and swimmers of all skill levels at improving their butterfly technique and performance.
