Description

The physical changes of puberty are often easy to see and identify, but beneath the new exterior are the not so obvious changes to how teenagers feel and think. How we view ourselves, our parents, our friends and the world all begin to shift during puberty. Suddenly emotions become a big, sensitive, often unpredictable part of life and it is not always clear why. After watching this program and hearing members of their own peer group openly discuss their experiences, most students will realise that the problems faced are not just their own and that sometimes the best tonic is to share our experiences or even just hear someone say: Yeah that's how I feel! or That happened to me as well!
