This fantastic program, made specifically for high school students, empowers people to learn exactly what stress is, recognise both bad stress and good stress, and come to understand that not everyone experiences stress the same way. By the end of this engaging program, learners will understand the many symptoms of stress, and uncover strategies to keep stress levels in balance making them better able to handle whatever life brings.
