Description

Beginning with a police raid on a lab, this documentary-style program interviews the police, hospital staff, social workers, recovered addicts and their families, to show the horrors of meth abuse. Viewers learn how meth destroys the brain and body, how meth lab toxins poison the environment and how our emergency and social services are overwhelmed by this epidemic. The wide path of destruction cut by meth abuse is vividly portrayed, including the cost to devastated families and communities and the personal costs to meth addicts in unfulfilled dreams and destroyed lives.
