The Sexual Awareness Series includes four programs: Sexuality Focuses on issues relating to sexuality, identity and discrimination. Values, moral beliefs, cultural and religious backgrounds are also considered. Health, Protection and Informed Decision Making Knowing more about sexual activity helps people to make better informed decisions. This program looks at: emotional issues, sexual attraction, STIs, contraception and myths around sex. Trust, Responsibility and Negotiation in Relationships Focuses on issues related to trust, responsibility and communication in relationships, including sexual partnerships. Impact of Parenthood Explores options available to young women who are, or think they might be pregnant. Include: myths around pregnancy; confirming pregnancy; impacts of pregnancy; birth experience; at home with a small baby.
